- Work with teams to conduct customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and generate actionable insights through analytics reports.
- Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and align analytics with business priorities.
- Translate business needs into analytics hypotheses, identify relevant data, and design pipelines, including frontend presentation.
- Participate in GenAI projects, collaborate with IT partners, and contribute to coding for RAG frameworks.
- Engage stakeholders with data-driven insights, support digital innovation strategies, and optimize analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, information management, mathematics, or analytics areas.
- 3+ years in data analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) background.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
- Knowledge in GenAI is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a solid numerical sense.
- Proven client engagement experience, including working with internal stakeholders, and knowledge of data pipelines and data modeling preferred.
