2 年I totally agree with you about the value of Dashboard’s PR and particularly the power of them in tracking and explaining transformation projects. The only point I would however is that is vital that you measure and report on the right things i.e. measure and track only what mattters for the improvement and don’t just measure things just because you can as this can dilute the benefit

2 年Great post PR and very valuable in today’s world where we are inundated with data and struggle to identify the key data points that need to be monitored and acted upon. Dashboards represent these critical data points in a meaningful and actionable format.
