Our team working hard behind the scenes takes centre stage?

As we near the end of another busy year, many of us will no doubt be looking forward to a welcome period of rest.?

Our A-team is no different and deserves huge credit for what has been our best year yet. As they prepare to head off for a hard-earned winter break, we want to salute them for their dedication throughout an exciting and frantic 2023.?

The last three months have been customarily busy for us, with projects under way around the globe, work ongoing on new digital products, and planning afoot to make our fifth year of operating even more successful than this one.?

We also shone a spotlight on an enlightening education endeavour in a new case study, completed our fourth and final co-working retreat of the year and more. Here’s a brief recap of Hyphen’s Q4:?

Getting to know the gang?

We have known for a while now that each of the individuals in our A-team is special in their own right. Our ‘meet the team’ series now allows everyone else to get to know not just the workers but the people who are striving to make engagements as easy as possible.?

Three members of our growing group have already opened up about their interests and experiences in our Q&As. Ops star Eliza was our first volunteer, opening up about our co-working trips and her love of travel. Tech ace Adam and Finance maestro Magdalena followed soon after, discussing coding, creativity and plenty of other topics.?

Readers can expect more profiles of our A-team in the new year – who knows what other hidden talents we might uncover...?

Sharing ideas to better share knowledge?

Our newest case study focused on a particularly interesting education project in the Middle East. As our Co-Founder Avinash said, this engagement will help “set a new standard for both scholars and faculty in the region” and aims to transform our client into an academic powerhouse.?

The blueprint we provided our client will help them take a progressive new approach to teaching and our vision for state-of-the-art facilities will turn heads. However, our approach to this challenge also showed what sets Hyphen apart. Our use of creatively minded individuals added both rigour and a new dimension to our approach.?

“What is it like working for Hyphen?” is a question each of us gets asked a lot in one way or another. Given how quickly life can change as we keep pushing to progress, we try to lift the lid of life here to give a flavour of how things work here via our careers page .?

On our travels?

While Prague played host to our fourth and final co-working retreat for 2023 , much of our work in the Czech Republic was geared towards the next 12 months. As well as sharing a new product MVP with our whole team for the first time, there were plenty of planning sessions to make 2024 our best year yet. It was not all future-focused, though, as we also made time to reflect on this year as a whole and enjoy each other’s company.?

The end-of-year period will see many of our team take time off, but we will endeavour to minimise response times.
