Magnificent mega-projects, more exciting collaborations, and innovative new tech solutions. These are just some of the things we are proud to have achieved during what has been a stellar year.?

As we all enjoy the winter break, now is a perfect time to reflect and for Hyphen, there is much to celebrate – so thank you, Hyphenation, for helping make 2022 so special! We will also give some insight into what we are doing – and will do in 2023 – to take things to new heights.

The highlights of a memorable 2022

Choosing our best moments has not been easy as there have been so many positives that deserve recognition.?

Earning the trust of some of the world’s biggest organisations to partner with them on?mega-projects? is a source of immense pride for us. We have a clear methodology for approaching these colossal engagements and readers can expect to see more case studies about these in 2023.

Enhancing our services to clients and contractors was a key goal and?we are already taking some big steps for the future . Whether it’s?our logistical efforts ,?technology solutions ?or?how we operate ,?the feedback we have received has been positive and is something we want to build upon.

People are central to our business, and we are reaping rewards by investing in our own as we continue to expand without any growing pains. The new members of our A-team settled in perfectly, making instant impacts in key departments, such as Finance, Operations and Client Partnerships.

Our new year’s resolution: to build even more partnerships and supercharge the biggest and best client projects

Taking the services we offer clients and contractors to another level is once again a key goal for us.?

Hyphen has shown the value of cross-functional teams built for specific flexible engagements. We will keep pushing to create these fantastic collaborations and will do more to get the most out of them.

Here are just some of our plans for the next year:?

• We will increase investment in tech innovation to streamline the engagement process further, benefitting both sides of the Hyphen.
• We will offer new services to contractors to give them an even better experience, whether they be on the ground or remote.
• We will continue to expand our team ?to help generate new ideas, optimise client partnerships and more. We have already signed up four fantastic new recruits, with details to be revealed soon.

We have a lot more up our sleeves for what we hope will be a year to remember!?
