The Dash - Spring 2025

Scoping out fresh opportunities and looking forward?

Welcome to the first edition of The Dash for 2025!?

Our A-team has had a busy start to the year, with plenty of client engagements under way, prospective partnerships coming together, and projects progressing behind the scenes.?

As our expansion continues, we are looking at new opportunities internally and externally so keep your eyes peeled for more developments in the coming months. In the meantime, here’s our short summary of a fabulous first quarter!?

Key priorities unveiled as growth agenda continues?

Successes in key markets and sectors have established Hyphen as a leading global partner for organisations in need of expertise to complete major projects.?

As well as building on what we have already achieved, our senior leaders have identified several high-growth regions and industries that we believe are perfect for our cross-functional teams.?

Azerbaijan is one such marketplace that we have already been exploring, with others also on the radar as we supplement our work in core areas such as the Middle East. Financial services, fintech, data, mining and real estate are just some of the individual industries that we have also focused our attention on.?

Make no mistake, however, that we will continue to maintain our focus on our core activities – while keeping our eyes peeled for other opportunities to pounce upon as they emerge.?

Empowering future-proof workforces by seamlessly infusing AI into consulting training

The more staff possess generalist consulting skills, the more likely an employer is to achieve its goals – which explains why one client came to us looking for support upskilling its team.?

However, our newest case study explains how we have not only gone about building and running the training programme but also how we gave it a twist.?

While work to develop attributes such as problem-solving, communication and critical thinking was a top priority, we also added a digital component: teaching attendees how best to utilise AI tools.?

The course has already helped around 150 professionals hone and futureproof their skills, with attendees giving some very positive feedback. Learn more about how we led this professional development initiative by?reading the case study.

Scoped projects, cross-functional teams and the pros of external expertise explained

Our belief in the power of utilising experienced contractors and building cross-functional teams is nothing new. For organisations without that same exposure to external expertise, however, it might not always be clear how best to approach the task.?

Client Partnerships team expands to provide more support?

Our aforementioned expansion ambitions and commitment to helping more clients realise their own goals through scoped projects means our Client Partnerships team are busier than ever.?

To deal with the increased demand for our services, we recently added Oumaima Achataoui as a Client Partnerships Associate. She is already contributing, supporting the team and looking for opportunities to help clients, and we are very excited to have her onboard.?

Oumaima will be with us on a part-time basis until her degree programme finishes in the summer, at which point she will become a full-time member of staff. Learn more about her journey by checking out her welcome Q&A.?
