Are you ready for another Dash of Hyphen news? This newsletter will recap all of the last quarter’s activity in one short, sharp summary!?

Recent months have reflected the way we see – and have invested in – the future of work. We have launched our first digital product, produced case studies that show our value proposition applies across regions and industries, and gathered the thoughts of those inside and outside Hyphen.?

A week-long co-working retreat in Georgia was the perfect way to end a busy and fruitful Q3 but let’s look back at what we have been up to recently.?

The time for Chronos is now as Hyphen launches new digital solution?

The release of Chronos was a landmark moment for us as a company. After months of hard work and planning, unleashing our tailor-made timekeeping, expenses and invoicing solution marks the latest phase of our evolution.?

This inaugural invention illustrates our team’s ability to generate and execute ideas that can enhance the engagement experience for our partners through creative uses of technology. More digital products will follow, while further adjustments may be made to Chronos in due course to maximise the benefits it brings. In fact, it has already made a significant difference for us internally, with our Finance team particularly pleased with its impact.?

Building for the future at the heart of pair of new case studies?

A potentially transformative African mining endeavour and an ambitious home-building push in the Middle East were our latest examples of how our value proposition can benefit any business in any industry, anywhere.?

An entrepreneur approached us with a vision to turn natural resources into economic riches that could benefit his homeland. Our mining expert and Executive Advisor Dr Heinz Pley shared his experience and insight during the production of a teaser document designed to generate interest from powerbrokers, with our client keen to capitalise on raw materials through refinement.?

Industrialised construction (IC), meanwhile, is making waves in the real estate world, with those utilise it effectively able to benefit from cost, quality, speed and scalability advantages. Our most recent case study explored how we delivered a pragmatic perspective to a major developer that helped them to double-down on their IC journey.?

It’s good to talk: Stats expert, Co-Founder and new hires all open up in interviews?

Our Spotlight Series returned with an in-depth feature on Douglas Drew, a Canadian statistician who has shared his decades of experience with some of our clients in recent years. Having worked all over the world, he has plenty of memorable moments to share – including a dramatic escape from an Ebola outbreak.?

Who better to look at Hyphen’s past, present and future than one of our Co-Founders? Dr Erhan Ermis joined forces with his friends and former colleagues Michael Savolainen and Avinash Nandakumar in 2018 with a desire to do something different. As Hyphen continues to evolve, he envisages more changes will come for the business in the coming years.?

Our Client Partnerships team has also grown with the addition of two new associates, Rusudan Topuria and Mustafa Can Co?kun. As well as giving us greater capacity, they have both brought unique benefits to the company based on their pre-Hyphen experiences. Find out more about the pair of them in their respective Q&As.?

What else is going on at Hyphen??

Güne? Aydo?an, our Head of Strategic Development, saw what the future of fintech might look like while seeking out commercial opportunities at a major new fintech conference. His time at 24 Fintech saw him meet tech visionary and finance leaders as he explored where we can add value in a sector that is a priority for our business.

We also completed a mini-series about our core service offerings with a feature on what we mean by project delivery. Cross-functional teams built around technical expertise are a key part of what we can offer clients but the value of practical experience cannot be understated either.?
