Welcome to the latest edition of Hyphen's quarterly newsletter, The Dash!?

Creativity, consolidation and a new case study have all been on the agenda in recent months. Our A-team continues to work tirelessly to find new and improved ways of creating the best matches for our professionals in our network and our clients. This has led to another pair of new faces joining the group and a series of other interesting developments.?

Here is a recap of the last three months of activity at Hyphen:?

Creative inspiration and inspired creations?

Our A-team's ingenuity has led to the development of a new generative AI resource, CVApp . This application will better highlight the talents of our network when we pitch them for projects.?

CVApp, which was built by our Hyphen of the Future team, will also save us time by automating resume processing and building a comprehensive database of experiences.?

The development of this AI-powered application follows our recent exploration of our creative processes and our company-wide commitment to design thinking principles .?

Bolstering Business Development and fortifying Finance?

We are delighted to have added Güne? Aydo?an to our A-team this quarter as our Head of Strategic Business Development . His arrival follows that of Akin Akbiyik and Heinz Pley earlier this year. Güne? said in his welcome interview that he believes Hyphen can be a global player and he has already made an enormous difference to our team.?

Our Finance department has also received a boost with the arrival of Faith Oludowole. Faith has taken the role of Senior Finance Associate and will work with our Head of Finance, Magdalena Dziurzyńska , on core departmental activities. Her role will also see her collaborate with our Operations team to create and accentuate synergies between the two departments.?

We are looking to add to our A-team! Our group has grown significantly this year but we are still on the hunt for more new faces. An Operations Support Specialist is top of our current wish list but our careers page is updated regularly with fresh opportunities so keep your eyes peeled.?

Any other business?

We recently unveiled our latest case study, which focused on how we aided an American automotive group in its transition to a more electric vehicle-ready business strategy . This interesting engagement saw us start by bringing an experienced expert and an astute consultant together to help our client in what is a rapidly changing industry. It ended with a bold new strategic plan that will help them into the bright new electrical age.?

This was far from our only exciting engagement, however, and more details on another one will soon be revealed on our website.?

Meanwhile, our third co-working retreat of 2023 saw our A-team reunite in the beautiful setting of Kas in Turkey . An industrious week saw us work on business as usual, new product and service ideas, and cross-department collaborations as we look to build the Hyphen of the future. We also made the most of our time together by building team spirit with a boat tour and some enjoyable meals together.?

As we head into the final few months of 2023, there is plenty to be done to keep growing the business at the same rapid rate. We are, however, very excited about some of the work going on behind the scenes and think we can have offerings up our sleeve that will enhance the engagement experience for our clients and professionals further.?
