As a leader or facilitator, it's easy to feel the pressure to have all the answers. However, I have found that asking the right questions can have a bigger and lasting impact on your group.
I call this ‘distinguishing a conversation.’
I remember when I had personally been exploring an idea I call “Healthy Compassion,” an idea that Source had dropped into my field. In my next group call, rather than teaching I asked the group, "What might this mean to you?" I shared my hypothesis about boundaries of self compassion and trusting that other people whole and complete, then opened it up. Each person created their own insight, I furthered my thinking, and we all benefited!

Rather than designing your material around providing answers, consider framing it around the conversations you want to explore.
