The above phrase was given by English theologian and historian Thomas Futter which simply means that there is hope, even in the worst of circumstances. Sometimes in life, we face problems and challenges that seem hopeless or that only appear to have negative consequences. In these times, things seem really black and dark. When things seem hopeless, never-ending, or extremely dark and there's no way out, no solution to the problem, that's when the dawn comes, i.e. there is always hope and something positive always happens that shows us that there was a way out after all. When there is no hope, we need to be strong and face the darkness because it leads to the light.
This proverb is often used to give hope to anyone who is not strong enough to believe in himself and someone who is experiencing a time of trouble/difficulties. No matter how many problems we've got or how depressed we are due to some reasons, but probably we all will find a reason and a ray of hope always lies there. In the current scenario, people are upset due to numerous reasons. Some are due to jobs, some due to financial conditions, health, studies, and much more. But we all have a slight hope that's not going to end and that tiny amount of hope is the reason we all are struggling and trying our level best to survive in this crucial phase of the century.
Our life is full of ups and downs, there are circumstances that can make us weak and broken but the choice is ours. There is always a turning point or a motivational tragedy that can change the bad days to the best days. As there's a saying that bad days are like seasons, they don't stay forever, same as the situations that often get harder before they get easier.
When you think you can't hold on, just close your eyes and remember that the light is coming and it's always dark before the sun rises.
