THE DARK HISTORY AND LEGACY OF THE CLINTONS

I have exclusively practiced criminal defense for thirty six years. I never worked for the government. I am a pure defense attorney. Perhaps controversial, certainly flamboyant , and extremely competitive. I have always defended, never prosecuted. But if appointed as an Independent Prosecutor and asked to investigate the Clinton's, I 'd give it careful consideration. My politics prejudices, and policy bias does not factor into my feelings about the Clintons. However, my love of the law, the rule of the law, the Constitution, and democracy have created a great concern regarding a looming Clinton Presidency. Never before in the history of the United States has there been such a flagrant abuse of the law and such blatant abuse of the United States Justice Department than under the Obama Administration. Never before has there been such a disregard for the rule of law and justice than under the Obama Administration. The Internal Revenue fiasco. Benghazi, and of the outrageous corruption relating to Hillary Clinton's flagrant disregard to national security laws and the communication of highly sensitive intelligence information utilizing a private email and server and the corrupt and illegal influence exerted by the Obama White House, the Attorney General, and by the Clintons themselves on the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau Director. I've read the United States Code thoroughly . I ve followed the reporting and investigation from day one. I watched and read the statement of the Bureau director. I ve followed and read the transcripts in the Federal lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch. And most importantly I ve watched Hillary Clintons legal position and defense team, her statements, denials, totally controverted statements. I watched her body language, and listened to her fabrications. I ve discussed the same with Assistant U.S.Attorneys I know privately. There is no doubt Hillary Clinton violated Federal Criminal Statutes relating to the communication and dissemination of highly classified government documents. NO DOUBT. The resulting F.B.I. investigation and the refusal of the Director to not make a criminal referral , the illegal influence of President Obama, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and the decision of the Bureau Director and the role of the Clintons is no less a scandal of the magnitude of the Watergate scandal involving then President Richard Nixon. Never before has there been such apparent corruption at the highest levels of government than currently transpiring. The dark history and legacy of the Clintons is of record and of a thirty year duration. Hillary Clinton, as a young attorney on the Watergate Committee was dismissed by no less than Sen. Sam Nunn at the insistance of Sen. Sam Irvin , the Committee Chairman, and both Democrats, when Clinton was found to be engaging in unethical legal practices. Thereafter, during Bill Clintons tour as Governor of Arkansas the Clintons were embroiled in the Whitewater Scandal, a massive financial, and land fraud scheme. Twelve individuals were indicted and sent to prison. The Clintons both would have been indicted however, Bert Lance , a banker, and two underlines refused to cooperate with state prosecutors in their investigation of the Clintons. All three who did not cooperate with the government were shortly thereafter pardoned by Bill Clinton. The Clinton s never have been accused of being stupid. But their long history evidences unethical, illegal, and corrupt legal practices. Sadly the Clintons do believe they are above the law, and their disregard for the law currently evidenced by the corrupt influence in the investigation and out come regarding Hillary Clintons email practices while Secretary of State, and her likely election to the Presidency of the United States, is a direct threat to our democracy, the Constitution, and our Federal Institutions. Without a doubt a Federal Independent Prosecutor should have been appointed to investigate her conduct. Now one should be appointed to investigate President Obama, Attorney General Lynn, and FBI Director Comey, and the influence and conduct of all three regarding Clintons actions. I will not vote for Hillary Clinton. I know too much and as a career defense attorney am privy and saavy enough to understand the maneuverings of her and her legal team. I urge all citizens and those of influence. Do not vote for Hillary Clinton. Let s appoint a special prosecutor instead.
