Dark data refers to the vast amount of unstructured or structured data that organizations collect and store but do not effectively utilize for business purposes. This data remains in the "dark" because it is often hidden, unused, or neglected, despite its potential value

  • Classify data into categories such as customer data, operational data, regulatory data, or historical data
