Danny Leonhardt, Dan Burger Join LeadGenie Leadership Team

Plymouth, MA – Senior living contact center and lead management solution LeadGenie has announced two new additions to their leadership team. Danny Leonhardt has been named as Chief Executive Officer, and Dan Burger as Vice President of Contact Center. They join Elisa (Lisa) Miller , Vice President of Operations and Development, and Tera Gordon , Vice President of Client Experience to complete the LeadGenie leadership team, alongside Founders Deborah Howard and Andréa Catizone .??

In his twenty-plus years in the senior living industry, Leonhardt has focused on advisory services, lead management, and partnership development. In 2006 he founded referral service CareChanges, where he served as CEO and President. In 2021 he co-founded SilverAssist, a provider of services that connect seniors and their families with informative resources, financial services and senior living communities for their loved ones. Leonhardt also serves on the board of directors of SHORE – Senior Housing Relief for Elders since December 2023.??

Burger has more than twenty years of experience in call center leadership and development in both the senior living and financial services industries. For the past five years he worked at Aline’s (formerly Enquire), senior living sales and service call center, serving in leadership positions up to and including Director of Operations.??
