Where did you grow up??

Long Valley, NJ (the Northwest part of New Jersey).?

Where do you live now??

Green Township, NJ. A small town with about 4,000 residents near the Pennsylvania border.?

What was your first job??

My first job was when I was 15 and I opened the new Wendy’s in town. My first job out of college was working as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.?

Name the last best book you’ve read or podcast you’ve listened to.?

“All-in On AI: How Smart Companies Win Big with Artificial Intelligence”?

Who do you admire most in tech??

I don’t have one specific individual; instead, I appreciate certain qualities. I have admiration for people who say what they mean and mean what they say. And people who have a genuine passion for their work, those who support their team, and stand firm in their beliefs.?

If you weren’t in your current position, what career would you have liked to have had??

I often think I may have enjoyed a profession in law, following in the footsteps of my grandfather. Alternatively, a career in sports, particularly as an NFL coach, seems like it could have been very enjoyable.?

What’s one lesson you learned early in your career that you still use today??

There were many, but as a leader, you possess the power to send people home feeling really good or really bad about themselves and their day. Make sure you send them home with a sense of fulfillment and positivity.?

What’s something you want other TEC members to know about you??

I am very much looking forward to getting to know the other members of the council and in a collaborative exchange of learning and sharing experiences with everyone.?
