The Daniel Penny case in NYC had its first day in court.

As a reminder, this case involves a US Marine who was riding the subway and got involved when a thug was threatening everyone on the train. Penny saw the fear on everyones faces in that car and was afraid that, at any moment, this thug would attack and kill someone.

Luckily for the citizens on the train, Penny got involved, which saved the lives of everyone on board. However, Penny's actions resulted in the death of Jordan Neely, who had an extensive criminal record and was never incarcerated for his crimes because of the criminal luving Manhattan District Attorney Brag. Now Penny is being prosecuted for being a Hero. You see, crime is the number one goal of the Democrat Party, and they will not allow you to protect yourselves from criminals, and they want to defund the police. So, what can you do when the Democrat Party is pro-criminal and anti-American? You must turn yourself into a Daniel Penny, however the Democrats will prosecute you for doing that. I can't tell you how many times I had to get involved while riding the subway when I was an NYPD cop. Many times, black thugs would intimidate passengers who sat there scared to death. This happens all the time, and 90% of the time, it is young black thugs. I even had one incident where I thought I might have to shoot some young thug who I believe was armed while he stared at me while he kept one hand in his pocket. The subway in NYC is a dangerous place, and the lack of prosecutions of criminals by Democrats makes NYC even more dangerous. However, the Democratic voters in NYC are too stupid to change the leadership to Republican so they can be safe. Then, once they become a victim of their own stupidity, they turn Republican. That’s what happened when they all voted for Guilani, but they had to wait for over 2000 murders and tens of thousands of muggings and armed robberies.

Daniel Penny is a hero; if convicted, this will be another win for the criminal luving Democrats and a significant loss for New Yorkers' safety. But hey, they voted for it!
