We are in the last quarter of the year, and it's time to take a look at where we are with our goals. If you're struggling to stay on track, don't worry - you're not alone.
August is the time to really assess where we are at with our goals. It can be easy to make excuses for why we haven't achieved what we set out to do, but if we want to be successful, we need to take a hard look at ourselves and our excuses.

It can be easy to get comfortable once we start seeing progress towards our goals.
We may not even realize it, but we may start slacking off a bit or letting other things get in the way. Maybe we start making excuses for why we can't do certain things that we know we need to do in order to reach our goals.
All in all, and on a personal and professional level, it has been a great year for reaching my goals. Although there have been some challenges along the way, I am pleased to say that I am on track to reach my end-of-year goals.
