There is more poison on social media than poison in the air. There is a climate of hatred which is more dangerous than the climate change. There are humans who are more dangerous than corona virus.
We have a life spam of 65-70 years, whats the logic if we have to spend those years in hatred, spewing venom in the name of religion, region and in abusing the other person's right to freedom of expression. Why cant you be just happy with your life?
Every other day theres a talk about banning a random movie, random book or whatever. There are self proclaimed saviors of religion be it of any religion whose sentiments get hurt very easily. They will abuse anyone who is against their thought process.
We have created an environment where we feel more elated on the downfall of others than our success; where our happiness is not confined to achievements but on the failures of others; where our greatness lies in the fall of others; where we feel happy on cheating others rather than being shameful for it. We have forgot the difference between positive criticism and hatred.
Few days back I read a random post about people praying for the death of a leader who was unwell. You can disagree with their policies but why has this much hatred conquered your minds? Yesterday someone was abusing the yet to be born baby of Virat Kohli praying for bad things about the yet to be born just because Virat Kohli expressed his views on crackers. Where are we taking ourselves with this?
We all have to use social media as part of our jobs, to keep ourselves updated on national and international events or some tax amendments, but some hate mongers have made it a plateform of hatred.
I can proudly say that I have read GITA, QURAN, BIBLE, GURU GRANTH SAHIB, but I didnt read any line of hatred mentioned in any of their verses. My religious affiliation is not inclined to any religion. For me religion is a matter of faith which should be left to every individual. You can be a Hindu and still feel good about another religion and vice a versa. Its not necessary to downgrade or abuse other religion to show your superiority. Your religion has survived through ages and it doesnt require you to abuse other religions and become its self proclaimed survivor. Your Gods will never want it.
Our basic necessities are food and shelter. Do you have means to get these? Do you have job to earn your meal? Do you have money to pay your bills? If not then work for it and if yes then learn to remain happy with it.
Our thoughts should be about our well being and of well being of people around us. We dont have to demean or disrespect other person's religion or faith to be happy.
Kindly stop this negativity. Its not going to help you in any case. Its acting as a poison for the society that you are living in. Hatred wont get you anywhere in this small life.
