The Dandelion

Some see a weed but I see a pretty flower
Which has it's own clock to count down the hour
Vibrant and yellow it changes in time
Beautiful wishes waiting to be free
A child's wonder setting them free
Gently blowing the white whispy seeds
Watching them fly high into the breeze
Planting themselves in pastures new
Decorating the fields admiring the view
A gift from nature that allows you to dream
Keeping your secret and setting it free
Attracting your desires that you set in motion
A field of dreams a sea of emotion
Like drifting snow
A beautiful sight
Magical qualities taking flight
Aiding your sleep as you dream tonight
