We all have FEARS!
Fears are not necessarily a bad thing. Fears act as a control method to save us.?For example if you drive at a very high speed your car the fear for an accident might act positively to cut down on speed and save your life.?
WHY then most of us consider that fears is something negative in our Life.Fears can block us from achieving our Goals and achieve our manifestations.?
?? My Fear Story : I had a huge fear of posting a video on Linked in.I always admired people posting videos and I realized that although I felt comfortable always to speak in front of audience I would feel uncomfortable of making my video and post it.I really tried to understand where this fear comes from.?After going deep inside me I realized the fear of a video staying on linked in would make me feel more exposed being on camera, making a wrong expression or saying something with the wrong accent.I then took the decision the earlier months to make a video and fight this fear of mine.Worst case scenario I would take feedback and improve myself to make a better video next time.After I posted my first video I realized that my fear started becoming smaller.I still feel uncomfortable with video making however I feel much stronger and I now welcome this fear and use it more to make me stronger and more efficient. ?
10 Things I learnt :
1?? Fears are sometimes contributing to save us from big mistakes
2?? Fears appear usually when we get closer to our objectives?and mission. When this happens just move on.
3?? We need to acknowledge our Fears and we learn to live with our fears without letting them control our life.
4?? We should not overthink.
5?? Mindfulness helps. Meditate more visualizing fears disappearing into the universe
6?? Discuss fears with a friend or a Coach
7?? Learn from other people with similar fears how they handle them
8?? Take a breath and remember that Life is Beautiful
9?? Remember when we were children how it felt to have no fears.
