The Dance

Those who possess a pure heart, need never speak of karma. The soul centered in love, is unattached to outcomes. They are liberated by the illumination of light. They see all events as a dance. No good, nor bad. Just lessons and opportunities to be a vehicle for love. That is not the end game, for love is not a game. It is simply the way. The way to what? The way to enlightenment. 

Speaking of karma is bad karma. When we wish that someone would get what they deserve, we impede the flow of the purest energy. Because we attach judgement to it. Judgement prevents progress. You can not progress when you're holding onto a hundred pounds of guilt, rage, sorrow or anything else, unlike love. Remove karma from your vocabulary. Then remove it from your mind. 

Let us concern ourselves with connection. I love the saying "What if I told you that the left wing and the right wing belong to the same bird?" See what I am getting at? Connection. Any response, other than trying to understand someone's actions, will lead you to judgment. And judgement leads to darkness. I am not talking about what some would call Hell. I personally don't believe in Hell. I am talking about the lack of connection. And while we can find strength in solitude, we are not designed for isolation. 

Embrace the dance of the energy that flows through your life. It is possible to shine when the darkness engulfs you. Anyone that knows me would tell you that when my daughter died {less than a year ago}, my light became brighter, and I danced to a whole new level of freedom. I took on more patients and increased my meditation. I think my coworkers would tell you the same thing. When I got the call at work, there was a calmness and beauty flowing through me. Why? Because the left and the right wing belong to the same bird. And any other reaction from me, would discredit the beautiful soul that the world just lost. 

Let us evolve. Let us seek riches of the heart, not what can line our pockets. Because all this will pass. And when that last breath is expelled from your dying body, all that you will take with you is the dance.
