Dance???? of insights powering Self-transformation??and Mental Fitness????? CULTure.

We recently concluded Mindfulness & Mentalfitness Cohort-8. I must admit that women?????????? powered the uniqueness in this cohort, which included my spouse taking this program for the second time.

In today's post, I want to throw the light?? on transformations achieved by the participants and also wish to acknowledge the commitment demonstrated throughout the program. It started as a casual inquiry and ultimately led to a more profound transformation ?? for many of these participants.

Program constructs are scientifically designed to help participants understand mental models?? and help to organize thoughts through self-awareness.

??Participant evolves in a unique & personalized way week by week.

??As a coach, I try to create a psychologically safe environment

??As Awareness goes up ↗?, it leads to a dance???? of insights and powerful conversations.

??Concepts are explained in a simple yet profound impact.

??Participants start appreciating the power of techniques and slowly start absorbing

Many noteworthy transformations happened.

Srinivas V Nayak, SAFe 5, PMP?, CSM? , Sr. Manager in an IT Organization, is relocating to India after staying abroad for years and naturally feeling anxious about the move and how self-compassion can make this transition smoother.

Senthil, A Senior Leader at FM&C, was under the massive influence of procrastination, leading to focus issues. He addressed the root cause of this issue and improved his communication and focus. This improved his quality of life.

All of my coaching programs start with mentalfitness coaching, and I have coached so far approx9??0??participants over the last two years.

Every time, the dance of insights ???? emerges as the program progresses and helps each participant to blossom ????in their unique way. In addition, participants network with each other deeply and become life long friends.
