The third quarter of 2020 witnessed a poor performance of condotel in Da Nang. Specifically, the average selling price of condotel projects decreased 10% q-o-q, even much lower in actual price. However, if the pandemic is still under control, it is predicted that Da Nang will be back to the race soon in 2021. With the stimulus package "Danang Thank You 2020" aimed at attracting local and foreign tourists and EVFTA effective in August, there will be a huge number of visitors coming to this city after the pandemic.
