What is your role at TFS and what does that involve?

My role is managing a newly created leasing department. As the Head of KINTO One unit, my role involves managing dealer relationships, overseeing direct sales, generating reports, creating motivational programs, drafting work procedures, continuous improvement of internal processes, assigning tasks to my team, and ensuring the fulfilment of targets.


What has been the most rewarding experience you've had at TFS?

The most rewarding experience at TFS has been successfully implementing new motivational programs for dealers which resulted in improved overall performance and exceeded sales targets. It not only strengthened our dealers network dynamics but also contributed to the overall success of our company.

How has working at TFS helped you develop as an individual?

Working at TFS has been instrumental in my personal development by providing opportunities to enhance my leadership skills. Managing dealer relationships, implementing new products, motivational programs, and continuously improving internal processes as well as participating in company activities have not only expanded my professional expertise but also refined my strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Overall, TFS has been a catalyst for my growth as an individual.

What have been some of your biggest challenges and successes while working at TFS?

One significant challenge at TFS was navigating through a period of market volatility and sales drop in 2020 during pandemic times. This period required agile adjustments to our sales and marketing strategies. Overcoming this challenge involved numerous daily nemawashi meetings, strategic planning, effective communication with customers and dealers, and collaborative problem solving with the whole team.

Among my notable successes at TFS, leading the implementation of online application process resulted in continuous operating activity during COVID period. Although dealerships were almost closed, TFS could accept and process loan applications from customers online. This achievement highlights my commitment to driving positive outcomes in a dynamic work environment.
