On arrival the ship was placed in Damen Verolme's Rotterdam drydock #7, one of the largest in Europe at 400 metres. The drydock schedule was highly intensive (12 days dry) with a series of major systems being overhauled and serviced. The hull was also repainted, which involved the usual paintworks plus the decorative artwork on the vessel’s forward topsides. Big thank you for Emerald Princess crew and project team to make this drydock a great success together with Damen Verolme's yard workers, project team and subcons.
