My favourite book was Atomic Habits. I know people have written about habits before but this was the most impactful for me in 2020. I also became a member of Rebel Book Club which is a monthly subscription club for non-fiction books.

david mcqueen so many of my favourites on here. Thank you for sharing The body keeps the score is one of my top reads from last year. If you haven't already read it My Grandmother's Hands by RESMAA MENAKEM is an incredible book to ad to your list for this year.

One fiction book I read last year that I would recommend is Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi.Like you Atomic Habits was my most impactful non fiction read.Read it as part of a bookclub I host . I love it so much that I am reading again and running interactive workshops with my reading community

I have been reading whatever Martin Farrar Ph.D. recommends - recently If Then by Jill Lepore that looks at the beginnings of behavioural science and big data - but do need to check out your list for great reads in 2021!
