"As part of its Comprehensive Environmental & Climate Action Plan (CECAP), the City of Dallas has prioritized the development and use of zero-emissions electricity sources, like solar energy, to meet its climate goals. The City of Dallas Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability (OEQS) is hosting a virtual (Feb. 21) town hall to share its plans for solar energy development at 10 priority City-owned sites.
