Dallas County to Weigh Changes to Tax Incentive Tied to Uber Hub

The proposed changes to Uber Technology's economic incentive agreement with Dallas County pushes deadlines by two years and changes the minimum hiring requirements from 2,500 employees in the first two years to 1,000 employees. Uber isn't expected to reach the 3,000 employee threshold under the revised agreement until 2029.
