Use this link to view hundreds of recipes that I have saved and would help give great ideas for dairy-free and gluten free meals.

I have spent over 1.5 years building up my Pinterest boards full of only food recipes. Almost all of them would be considered healthy.

Even the recipes are not very healthy I just tweak them with healthier ingredients

On my Pinterest account I have created boards for many food categories, so it is easy to look through.

 

Tips:

When you are looking on Pinterest for healthy, dairy free food meals use the word “vegan”. For example, “healthy vegan dessert recipes”. Even if you are not vegan, I have found this terminology to be super beneficial when coming up with new food ideas.

Parmesan Cheese is a great choice for lactose intolerance if you are looking for cheese

Otherwise, I also use nutritional yeast to make it taste more “cheesy”
