Daintel merges into Cambio Healthcare after 15 years of existence

It is with great joy and pride that we can announce the acquisition of Daintel by the Swedish company Cambio Healthcare Systems.

As both companies are extremely complementary in their respective product offering, a merger made perfect sense for the investors of both companies given the conditions offered by the owners of Cambio Healthcare Systems; Investcorp.

Cambio is the market leader in Sweden in the field of EMR; Daintel a de facto market leader in Denmark and Iceland with its specialised solutions for ICU’s, OR’s, Data Connectivity and High frequency patient data storage and extraction.

Cambio’s vision of a modular, best of breed and fully connected healthcare suite of products will ensure that Daintel’s specialist solutions will become fully compatible with any EMR including their own; Cosmic.

Daintel has won many prizes over the years but the best one of all was to be recognised as a valuable asset by a major player 50 times its own size.

We are looking forward to providing the fruits of such synergies to our existing clients as well as all those in need of true clinical tools developed hand in hand with clinicians for the benefit of patients and society as a whole.
