Daily Thankfulness
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow." Melody Beattie
As Thanksgiving approaches, we tend to more openly express things that we are thankful for. When in fact, we should be thankful on a daily basis. We often times get caught up in satan’s way of making us believe that we are not blessed or have no reason to praise our heavenly father. It is during these times that we should be thankful the most. As we awaken each day we should remember to live each day with a grateful heart. We are able to get up and go to a job and be able to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Psalm 128:2 (NIV) You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.
