A developer completes all his/her stories on time. But he/she doesn't attend the Daily Scrum meeting. Also, we do not have his/her replacement. What should the Scrum master manage this situation?

1 年Question if this developer is actually part of the team or not. Currently, "completes all his/her stories on time" sounds like the action of a siloed coder that thinks their job is "completing their stories on time".
