It is a great way to network with people in the office or at conferences.

Ask Three Questions:

1) What Fun Thing Did You Do Last?

2) What is Your Next Fun Thing?

3) What are your Blockers to Having Fun?

People are more likely to remember interesting stuff about each other rather than the same old what do we do for our companies.
