Does any of these situations ring a bell for you? Most of it happens without actual intention, it just - well - happens. But over time, you'll start to feel more exhausted, crave more, gain more of that extra belly fat, have insomnia, lower libido, have fertility issues, feel that PMS worsening and the list of health symptoms continues.
The hormonal and/or health issues happened because you didn't take proper care of yourself: wrong lifestyle, nutrition, mental, emotional, and/or physical well-being.
Luckily, these health complaints can be reversed. Putting yourself and your holistic well-being first, before you agree to any other contract, may it be work or a relationship.
To help you get back Into The Flow, I offer free Monthly In The Flow Planning Sessions. This one-hour session is designed to set the tone for your month, ensuring you step into each day with a sense of flow, balance, and direction. All you need is a pen and paper, or Excel, and 60 minutes of availability to spend on yourself.
