Daily GRIT is a “top ROI skill”

One of the first things that comes to mind when I think about VUCA state (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), is what I have read about the navy SEALs and the attributes that make them famous for their success and dedication.
After strenuous and very expensive training, their capabilities to persevere through difficulty with mental toughness are admirable. Over the past decade, I have incorporated “grit” into my professional motivation. It is not a surprise that being the “energy multiplier” that I am, I have discovered the value of elevating those around me who have grit and reaping the benefits individually and within a team setting. These folks inspire me to keep my focus every day and maintain a “gritty” mentality. Do you have someone in your network that emulates this skill? How do you show grit in your position?
