Treasure Wisdom
29God gave Solomon unusual wisdom and insight, and knowledge too great to be measured. 30Solomon was wiser than the wise men of the East or the wise men of Egypt. 31He was the wisest of all men: wiser than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol, and his fame spread throughout all the neighbouring countries. 32He composed 3,000 proverbs and more than a thousand songs. 33He spoke of trees and plants, from the Lebanon cedars to the hyssop that grows on walls; he talked about animals, birds, reptiles, and fish. 34Kings all over the world heard of his wisdom and sent people to listen to him (1 Kings 4:29-34)

"The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.”― Socrates

“Turn your wounds into wisdom.”― Oprah Winfrey

“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.”― Confucious

Wisdom is one of the most important things in life. Wisdom is not just having knowledge or acquisition of facts and information. Wisdom is the ability to use what you know to get the right results. If a person knows that a tablet can cure him from sickness but refuses to use it, then the person lacks wisdom in that regard. Wisdom enables you to discern and do what is right.

We all carry the power for wisdom in us. All we need to do is to activate that wisdom power in us. We are created in God's image and likeness. The light of God is in us. Because we are a reflection of God, we carry the wisdom of God in us. Unlock that wisdom. We were created wise. You can see the power of wisdom in the life of King Solomon. With the wisdom that he carried, he created myriads of proverbs, songs, literature, arts, etc. However, he later departed from wisdom when he was led astray by many strange women.

The more we reflect in life the more we will unlock the wisdom that we carry. Find time also to pray for wisdom. Cultivate good friendships and they will help you retain wisdom.

Solomon is a big example to learn from. In that, despite his wisdom, he didn't end well. This means to me that a wise one today can become foolish and die in foolishness. So it is not enough to be blessed with a special gift. One must protect and learn to keep it too.
