A Daily Email About… Nothing (But Stick with Me!)

Just got back from my daily 5k run under the Saudi sun – and yep, still hate running. There I was, soaking up the sunshine, looking up at the blue sky and palm trees, thinking about what to write in today’s email.
And guess what? I came up with… absolutely nothing.
So here it is: your daily email about?nothing.?But there’s a lesson here.
Even though I had nothing to say, I still sat down, opened my MacBook, and typed this out.
Why?
Discipline.?Some days, motivation just isn’t there, but if you’ve got discipline, you’ll show up anyway.
And that’s exactly the mindset to take with your workouts. Some days, you won’t feel like training, but if you make it a non-negotiable, if you show up regardless of your mood, you’ll be building the consistency that gets results.
So, next time you’re tempted to skip it, remember: show up even when you don’t feel like it. That’s what keeps you moving forward and getting closer to your goals.
