1. Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Open Heavens, RCCG
Topic: Dead Man Walking
Text: Philippians 3:19, 2 Timothy 3:1-4
Food for thought: You are not truly living if you are not making a positive impact on the people around you.
Lesson: Pursuing worldly pleasures without self-control can lead to a life that is spiritually dead: When we let the desire for pleasure rule over us, it draws us into spiritual emptiness. True purpose comes from self-discipline and living to impact others, especially by helping them find light and purpose in Christ. Beloved, ensure that you remain truly alive by not only seeking your own good but also the good of others.
2. Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Daily Manna, DCLM
Topic: The Virtue Of Believing
Text: John 20:29, John 20:24-29
Food for thought: Learn to walk by faith, not by sight.
Lesson: True faith is shown by believing in Jesus without waiting for physical proof. When we wait for signs before believing, it only delays our faith journey and may harden our hearts. Jesus honours those who trust in Him without needing to see first.
3. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Rhapsody Of Realities, Christ Embassy
Topic: A Supernatural Transformation
Text : 2 Corinthians 5:17, Colossians3:8-10; Romans 6:4; 1 Corinthians 6:11
Food for thought: Everything in your life is new now that you’re born again.
Lesson: Being born again is a profound transformation that brings God’s very life and nature into you. When we accept this truth, we see that our old selves are completely replaced by a new creation in Christ. This new nature enables us to live in righteousness, as God intended.
4. Dr D.K. Olukoya, Mountain Top Daily Devotional, MFM
Topic: They Loved Not Their Lives (II)
Text: John 16:33, Matthew 16:24-27
Food for thought: Dead men cannot feel. Those who are dead to themselves have conquered numerous temptations.
Lesson: The Christian life is a life to death -death to self. When Christ died on the cross, it wasn't He alone who died but our self-life died with Him. Friend, Live maximally to the fulfillment of loving not your life and living unto God. That is the last challenge that will qualify you to get enlisted in the rank of the true Generals of Heaven.
5. Bishop Dr Mike Okonkwo, Wisdom For The Day, TREM
Topic: Creation Obeys God's Voice
Text : Jonah 2:10, Jonah 1:1-17, 2:1, 10; Matthew 1 7:24-27
Food for thought: All of creation responds to God's command and works to fulfill His purposes.
Lesson: You can trust that God will use anything He needs to accomplish His will in your life. When it is time for your needs to be met, God can direct any part of creation to provide for you. Just as God commanded a fish to deliver Jonah safely, He will also orchestrate situations to deliver blessings and provision to you.
6. Dr Pastor Paul Enenche, Seeds Of Destiny DIGC
Topic: Praising God In Your Night Seasons
Text: Acts 16:25-26
Food for thought: Whenever you experience the night season of life, it is time to release praise and worship to God.
Lesson: When you go through difficult seasons of confusion, fear, or loneliness, lift up praise to God. Praise is a powerful weapon that brings hope and light into times of darkness, giving you strength and peace. Do not complain in the night or season. Engage the weapon and power of praise in your night season.
7. Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe, Our Daily Manna, MPM
Topic: Boeing Analysis Of Crashes: Final Descent And Landing Phases!
Text: Proverbs 23: 18; Hebrews 12: 1- 6
Food for thought: Nearly half of all plane crashes happen in the final descent and landing phases, where reaction time is shortest.
Lesson: Like the critical last moments of a flight, the end of any journey or year requires focus and perseverance to reach completion. No matter what challenges arise, stay strong and press forward, knowing God has equipped you to finish well.
8. C.A.C: The Living Water
Topic: Maximize Your Opportunity To Do Good (II)
Text: Ephesians 5:15-16, Luke 10: 30-34
Food for thought: Individuals who possess a profound connection with God see each encounter with fellow human beings, regardless of the circumstances, a sacred occasion to effect positive change and dispense the love of God. Are you one of these individuals?
Lesson: Opportunities to show kindness are often part of God’s plan to spread compassion and glorify Him. When we encounter others in need, we are given a chance to show God’s love and make a difference. Staying sensitive to these moments allows us to fulfill God’s purpose by doing good in ways that honour Him.
9. The Daily Fountain. Anglican Communion
Topic: Who Will Stand For Jesus?
Text: Daniel 3: 8-12
Food for thought: Standing up for your faith, even in difficult times, reflects your loyalty to Jesus.
Lesson: In a world where many compromise their beliefs, you need courage to stand firm for Jesus, even in difficult situations. Standing up for your beliefs may not be easy, but it shows true commitment to God. By refusing to give in, you show others the strength of your faith and set an example worth following.
10 Daily Guide, Scripture Union
Topic: The Ancient Of Days Takes His Seat In Judgment
Text: Daniel7:1-14
Food for thought: We are yet to see all nations and every tribe come to worship Christ. What will you do to make it a reality?
Lesson: God, as the Ancient of Days, holds authority over all earthly kingdoms and assures us that His kingdom will ultimately prevail. We take comfort in knowing that God is in complete control over all world events, no matter how powerful earthly kingdoms seem. Jesus, the Son of Man, has inaugurated God's kingdom, which will one day be fully established and never destroyed.
