1. Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Open Heavens, RCCG
Topic: The Believer’s Authority
Text: Luke 10:19, Ephesians 2:6-7
Food for thought: You have complete authority over everything because Psalm 82:6 says that you are a god.
Lesson: The moment you become a child of God, you have authority over everything that has its root in the spirit realm and that includes the weather, elements of nature, and even demons. You must note that whatever you use your authority to decree must be in line with the word of God. If you are a child of God, begin to command what you want in your life and what you don’t want out of your life, in Jesus’ name.
2. Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Daily Manna, DCLM
Topic: Recover The Lost Axe Head
Text : 2 Kings 6:1-7, 2 Kings 6:5
Food for thought: Sinking hearts can float in the ocean of God’s grace.
Lesson: Losing the spiritual axe head symbolizes powerlessness and fruitlessness in life and ministry. To regain this spiritual cutting edge, believers must recognize the seriousness of the loss, identify where they lost their spiritual fire and power, and return to the last point where they experienced God.
3. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Rhapsody Of Realities, Christ Embassy
Topic: Who You Are And What You Know
Text : 1 John 4:4; 1 John 4:17; Philemon 1:6
Food for thought: Know your divine provisions and rights in Christ; lacking this knowledge puts you at a disadvantage.
Lesson: Always be conscious of who you are in Christ and let that knowledge guide your life. Live each day knowing you’re born of God, sharing His life, and having dominion over Satan and the world. Reflecting on these truths from God's Word ensures consistent victory.
4. Dr D.K. Olukoya, Mountain Top Daily Devotional, MFM
Topic : Spiritual Kindergarten
Text: Hebrew.5:11-14, Ephesians 4:14
Food for thought: If you refuse to grow as a Christian, you will remain under spiritual bondage to beggarly powers.
Lesson: Quit the spiritual kindergarten class and grow! Firstly, you must get back to the altar and renew your relationship with Christ. Be a more serious Christian. Secondly, you must be a word addict; Thirdly, be teachable. Above all, be a friend and partner of the Holy Spirit. When you are led and guided by the Holy Spirit, you shall never fail or fall.
5. Bishop Dr Mike Okonkwo, Wisdom For The Day, TREM
Topic: Stay Fervent In The Spirit
Text: Romans 12:11. 1 Corinthians 15:58
Food for thought: Remaining fervent in spirit is crucial to withstand the enemy's attacks and receive divine guidance.
Lesson: We need to stay passionate and committed to the Lord by immersing ourselves in the Word and prayer. Keeping the right company helps us maintain our fervency, as the support of fellow believers strengthens our resolve. Using technology wisely can aid us in staying devout and connected to God's Word and teachings.
6. Dr Pastor Paul Enenche, Seeds Of Destiny DIGC
Topic: Avoid The Craving For Self-Assertion
Text: Genesis 3:6.
Food for thought: The craving for self-assertion is one critical root of character failure.
Lesson: The craving for self-assertion means the craving for the enforcement of personal will. It is having a mindset of, "What I want is what I will have. While having a will is natural, it becomes problematic when it clashes with God's Will. Stay humble and learn from those ahead of you, knowing you don't know everything. Discipline yourself to surrender your will to God's Will for a glorious life.
7. Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe, Our Daily Manna, MPM
Topic: My Book Of Remembrance Must Open!
Text: Genesis 41: 1 - 14
Food for thought: Perseverance in the face of hardship leads to divine remembrance and breakthrough at the right time.
Lesson: We must hold on and remain faithful, trusting that God is working behind the scenes for our good. Despite feeling forgotten or used, our faithfulness is noted and our time of recognition will come. Speaking against God in frustration can hinder our journey, so we should stay positive and patient, knowing our due season is near.
