Food for thought: Thoughtfully planned offerings to God are an act of worship that brings abundant blessings.
Lesson: We should plan our offerings carefully, treating them as holy and significant acts of worship. Giving should be done joyfully and intentionally, not just from our excess, recognizing the spiritual importance of our offerings. By planning and giving with a cheerful heart, we align ourselves with God's blessings and financial stability.
4. Dr D.K. Olukoya, Mountain Top Daily Devotional, MFM
Topic: Resisting The Devil
Text : James 4:1-8, 1 Peter 5:8
Food for thought: Stay close to Jesus if you want to resist the devil.
Lesson: Drawing near to God empowers us to resist the devil effectively. We draw closer to God by surrendering our lives to Jesus, engaging in consistent prayer, and studying His word, which transforms us inwardly. By living a Christlike life and manifesting the fruits of the Spirit, we can boldly stand against the devil. Fleeing from sin and embracing holiness, righteousness, and purity enables us to resist the devil and avoid his traps.

6. Dr Pastor Paul Enenche, Seeds Of Destiny DIGC
Topic: Releasing Your Worst To Realize Your Best
Text: John 14:30.
Food for thought: The best of you comes out when the worst in you gets out of you.
Lesson: We must ask God to reveal and remove any impurities within us. Purity of life unlocks our full potential and grace from God. By letting go of our worst traits, we can become who we are truly meant to be. Carefully evaluate your life and deal with any hindrance to the release of your potential. Dissociate yourself from people and things that would corrupt your potential.

Food for thought: Enduring hardships with courage and perseverance leads to ultimate victory.
Lesson: We must accept that our path will be tough, but with grace, our enemies and obstacles will fall. Courage means being ready to face challenges head-on, even when the outcome seems uncertain. Like the brave siblings who survived against all odds, we should never give up, continually pushing forward and staying strong in the face of adversity.
8. C.A.C: The Living Water
Topic: The Unmarked Graves
Text: Luke 11:44, Luke 11:37-53
Food for thought: A hypocrite is like an unmarked grave that people walked over without even knowing the decaying body inside it.
Lesson: True faith and righteousness come from inner purity, not just outward appearances. We need to focus on the state of our hearts, not just on external religious practices, to avoid being like unmarked graves that hide inner corruption and decay. It is important to be honest with ourselves and God about our faults and seek His forgiveness. Striving for genuine inner purity protects us from the dangers of hypocrisy and superficial piety, ensuring we are clean inside and out.

Lesson: We find hope and vitality in God's word, which should be our regular meditation and source of comfort. By surrounding ourselves with godly people and committing to obeying God, we can withstand the derision of the ungodly. Setting aside daily time for studying God's word enriches our spiritual lives and ensures our prayers for favor and mercy are answered.
10 Daily Guide, Scripture Union
Topic: Heed The Words Of Admonition!
Text: 1Timothy 5:17-25
Food for thought: Admonition is essential for maintaining discipline and integrity in the church.
Lesson: We must support and respect church leaders who preach sound doctrine and live disciplined lives, recognizing their human imperfections. Rebukes should be given to errant leaders to warn others, but we must also protect against baseless accusations. Discernment and reliance on the Holy Spirit are crucial when ordaining pastors and deacons to ensure they are fit for their roles.
