Roshel CEO Confirms Delivery of 1,700 Senator Armored Vehicles to Ukraine
Roshel’s CEO has announced that the Canadian defense manufacturer has delivered 1,700 Senator series armored vehicles to Ukraine as part of ongoing military support. The vehicles, known for their durability and battlefield effectiveness, play a crucial role in enhancing Ukraine’s defense capabilities. This delivery highlights Canada’s continued commitment to supporting Ukraine amid ongoing hostilities, with Roshel emerging as a key supplier of advanced protection systems.
Ukraine’s Northern Operational Commander Dismissed
Major General Dmytro Krasylnykov, commander of Ukraine’s Northern Operational Command, has been dismissed and reassigned to a reserve battalion, he told Suspilne on March 12. He said no official reason was given for his removal. His successor, Brigadier General Oleksii Shandar, previously served as deputy commander of the Airborne Assault Forces. The dismissal comes amid intensified Russian advances in Kursk Oblast.
China Launches Fifth Batch of "Qianfan Zhigui" Satellites
China has successfully launched 18 more "Qianfan Zhigui" satellites using a Long March-8 rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Site, expanding the G60 low-orbit satellite constellation. This brings the total number of satellites in orbit to 90. The launch also marks the 563rd mission of the Long March rocket series.
