East Penn ?is currently seeking a?Distribution Center Manager?to oversee one of our large facilities in Berks/Lehigh County. This position will be responsible for scheduling work and overtime for the Distribution Center, reviewing bonus sheets and production reports, overseeing the DC to make sure equipment and processes are being maintained, dealing with employee relations and holding operations accountable, while also overseeing the supervisors to make sure they are taking care of operations (safety, quality of plant, etc.).?Other responsibilities may involve: attending meetings with other plant managers, supervisors, and forepersons to discuss new policies, equipment, and specifications, as well as attending tooling and quality control meetings, and trying to keep the plant operating as efficiently as possible.
The?Inventory Analyst?with?Kelsey Seybold Clinic ?supports the Inventory Manager in monitoring supply consumption; tracking and analyzing inventory stock levels to simultaneously improve supply availability, asset turnover, and overall inventory visibility. Scope of responsibility includes medical/surgical supplies, clinical lab supplies, and drugs (except scheduled drugs). They will assist the Inventory Manager to rationalize and consolidate facilities-based inventory management.?In addition to analytical tasks, the Inventory Analyst performs front-line tasks including receipt auditing, storage configurations, and monitoring of stock and stock items. They will maintain a high standard of accuracy and interact frequently with the hospital data control system.
