Hello there Dynamics 365 Lovers!
Wondering about the new features under the Finance module of Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Businesses typically employ an external service designed to verify address information in their nation or region. The systematic method that these businesses employ when you need to update address information might not always be the best choice in some circumstances. As a result, Business Central now provides a more adaptable method for entering address information.
By selecting this area on the General Ledger Setup page, Microsoft now makes it possible for you to establish the Require Country/Region Code in Address in the 2021 release wave 2 plan. Changes to the Country/Region Code field on addresses for customers, contacts, or vendors may cause the values in other address fields to be reset when this field is selected because the address format is tied to the selected Country/Region.
Let’s now take a look in these configurations.
First, select icon, enter General Ledger Setup then choose the related link.
On the General Ledger Setup page you can turn on the Require Country/Region Code in Address to specify whether to clear the Post Code, City, and County fields when the value in the Country/Region Code field is changed.
Hope this will help.
