Will Cyril start a process of true reconciliation and healing? (which is what we really need in SA!)

I am inspired by recent developments in South Africa! Well done Cyril! I have needed a sign to encourage what I already believe, which is that South Africa can course correct, and we can heal; it may not be exactly what we want, or how we see things, but I think we can find a way forward through all this, and towards a place of national and community unity. None of this will be achieved by politics or power really; this desired ‘culture of reconciliation’ comes from the ‘hearts’ of the people (us)! We need a long period of ‘healing and reconciliation’ to take place, which should have happened two decades ago but didn’t. Now we need to start this ‘dialogic process’ in earnest, and with true bravery and dedication to build a united country that comes together through commonly forged ‘heart’. We need a decade of dialogue to happen, in which the entire country (all cities / towns / dorps / villages) need to engage in consistently cycling dialogues about the true work we need to do to build ourselves up again, and to find our collective spirit! All people in this country need to be part of the conversation, because it is through building deeper empathy, common understanding, and through finding the ability to care of those downtrodden in society, that we are able to truly deal with the ‘enemy that is power and greed’.
