By definition, cynicism assumes the worst—it eliminates possibilities, dismisses ideas, and casts a shadow on hope and innovation. While it may seem like a shield against disappointment or failure, cynicism does more harm than good, particularly in environments where creativity and collaboration are essential.

Creativity thrives on the premise of possibilities. It is about exploring new ideas, envisioning alternative solutions, and venturing into uncharted territories. However, cynicism, with its inherent scepticism, shuts down these possibilities even before they have a chance to take root.
