An unauthorized third party had infiltrated their systems, stealing personal information of countless customers. The breach, which occurred between September 20 and 22, was like a phantom that slipped through the cracks, leaving behind a trail of chaos. Names, contact details, dates of birth, and even copies of government-issued IDs were taken, leaving customers feeling violated and exposed. The company's website became a ghost town, as users logged in to find their accounts haunted by the specter of stolen data.

In the quiet halls of a UK school, a sinister presence lurked. Despite a third of teachers lacking proper cybersecurity training, a 34% of schools and colleges experienced a cyber incident during the last academic year. The north-west was hit the hardest, with 40% of institutions falling victim to the cyber curse. The attacks were relentless, leaving some schools unable to recover for weeks. Teachers whispered about the curse, fearing that the next attack could strike at any moment, turning their digital classrooms into haunted houses of lost data and disrupted learning.
