Examine Your B2B Customer Churn

B2B customer churn is the rate at which customers stop buying from a business over a set period of time. Looking into customer churn can help you understand why some of your former customers left and what you can implement to help retention. Below are some steps you can take.

  1. Calculate your churn rate: Churn rate =?(Number of customers lost during a period?÷?Total number of customers at the start of the period) x 100.
  2. Follow up on feedback: Have a method of collecting customer?feedback in place and follow up on any?issues raised.
