Cybersecurity: How your decisions SHOULD be made!

Your company needs you to make the BEST decisions. How do you decide what's most important?

There is simply no question that we live in a scary world. Nothing highlights that more than the current health crisis the world faces with the Covid-19 health pandemic. Clearly, outside forces can impact us all personally and professionally no matter how well we prepare for them. Sometimes, the only thing you can do is decide how you respond to something that happens. Your only path forward is making better decisions to best protect yourself and those around you.

The exact same thing can be said for corporate cybersecurity. Whether you knew it or not, there is a literal WAR going on in the cybersecurity space. Now, before I get into that, I should be clear about something: I am NOT a cybersecurity expert. In fact, I'm not even very technical. What I tend to do is connect with thought-leaders and innovators and learn from them. That's what I've experienced working closely with D3 Intelligence. Our firm has a strategic alliance with them, and as a result, my eyes have been opened wide to impact of cybersecurity threats. We decided to align ourselves with them because of their extensive backgrounds as cybersecurity analysts while in the United States Marine Corps, as well as the Cyber Threat Team at American Express, two organizations we respect significantly.

Now, back to the war I mentioned. Large organizations everywhere are under attack from cyber threats every single day. Not a week goes by that you don't hear of a new case where a company's records have been "hacked" and hundreds of thousands, if not millions of records are lost to outside forces. Let me be very clear: Cybersecurity and intelligence impacts EVERYONE in our society, whether you are the company or the client.

For most large, data-driven companies there needs to be a very specific plan in place to address cybersecurity threats. Companies in the financial space, such as banks, investment firms and insurance companies are a prime example of companies at risk. In today's day and age, the other major industry impacted are health care and retailers of all kinds. Think of all that personal and financial information "floating" out there: Names, addresses, account numbers, account balances, social security numbers, credit card information, passwords, health history and issues, etc. The list goes on and on. Billions of records and billions of dollars at risk every day.

The sad truth is that no matter what companies do, there will continue to be hacks and cybersecurity threats. The information war wages on.

But there is hope in the form of D3 Intelligence.

D3 Intelligence has created a ground-breaking platform to address internal work-flow and decision-making for cyber threat teams. You see, the bottom-line is this: Much of the chaos and financial loss that cyber threats create comes from a company's failure to respond quickly to the issue, as well as how they make their decisions impacting their response.

D3 Intelligence has addressed this issue in their new offering, WorkINT. This platform allows cybersecurity teams to make better decisions FASTER and increases visibility on the most important tasks all at the same time. It was built by analysts, for analysts. This platform is a critical must-have for any large, data-driven organization.

To schedule a FREE demo of the WorkINT platform for your cybersecurity team, please contact me directly at [email protected] and I will help you set up a mutually convenient time to connect with the principals of D3 Intelligence.
