Launch of the Common Good Cyber Workshop Report: Mitigating the Systemic Underfunding of Cybersecurity Nonprofits

"If the entities working for the common good - defending the core of the infrastructure that is today’s “cyber” and making sure that everything works - are in danger, the risk is indeed enormous." - Stéphane Duguin, CEO of the CyberPeace Institute

In order for these critical services to be protected, sustainable funding solutions are needed. In February 2024, together with the Cyber Threat Alliance , the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams , the Global Cyber Alliance , the Institute for Security and Technology (IST) , and The Shadowserver Foundation we held a workshop in Washington, D.C., United States, launching the Common Good Cyber initiative.

We are proud to be part of the Common Good Cyber initiative, working on establishing sustainable funding solutions for the nonprofit and public interest organizations that provide critical cybersecurity functions for the Internet and its users. Discover the Workshop Report here .
