After declaring it would halt operations for residents of Russia, Currency.com was nearly toppled by Russia’s cold revenge. The global crypto exchange has been the conformed target of a failed Distributed Denial of Service attack. No data or customer accounts were compromised because of the company’s quick response and security measures.

One college in Missouri has found itself in deep trouble. Ozarks Technical Community College lost nearly $900,000 as a result of a cyber fraud incident. Although the college says specifics are unavailable at this time, the loss of funds will not affect classes, students, or college operations.
