On behalf of the Terranova Defense Group and Terranova Defense NFP operating as: Cyber Security Global Alliance, CSGA Cyber Accelerator, CSGA Cyber Defense Academy, CSR5 Global and Expansion, I, James Castle, Chairperson and Founder, would like to welcome Soosan Naderi, Samir Azizi, and Yudy Cardona to Cyber Security Global Alliance’s Board Team and we all look forward to working with each of you and having you as a part of the CSGA Global family.

Dr. Soosan Naderi PhD is a distinguished blockchain architect and researcher with extensive experience in corporate R&D sectors, and higher education, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in blockchain technology and security, from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). Highly skilled in blockchain networks, dApps, Web3, Ethereum's network, consensus algorithms, and cryptography. Significant contributions have been made to the field through research and teaching, alongside practical experience as a Security Analyst and Research Assistant at FUM Cert Labs, focusing on penetration testing and malware detection projects for five years.

Soosan will hold our Director of Blockchain and Web3 role.

Samir Azizi, MBA, is a seasoned tech professional specializing in AI-driven solutions within the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors. Samir holds an MBA from California State University, Channel Islands, and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Samir’s experience includes in helping professionals seamlessly integrate AI tools to significantly boost their productivity. Samir is also the President and Founder of Parkdalle Intelligence Inc., a leading marketing agency working with clients from the professional sports, web3, iGaming, and precious metals IRA industries. Additionally, Samir co-founded Toronto DAO, focusing on cultivating and retaining tech talent and innovation in Toronto.

Samir also hosts the Azizi Podcast, featuring interviews and discussions on sports, technology, and entertainment. Fluent in multiple languages, he is passionate about leveraging AI and web3 technologies to shape the future of the workforce and education.

Samir will hold our Director of Artificial Intelligence role.

Yudy Cardona is dedicated and highly skilled cybersecurity professional with eight years of experience in different areas of the industry such as security governance, risk and compliance (GRC), audits in the ISO 27001 and PCI framework, experience as a consultant and implementer of the ISO 27001 standard and experience as a project manager in cybersecurity and IT projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.

Yudy Cardona will hold our Chief Information Officer role.
