To gain a knowledge in cyber security, we must know why cyber security came into action. We need security only if there is any threads and robberies are there. Likewise in our datum too. The robberies and theft and only occurs but also in digital. As we secure our property by assigning security guards, we need a security to secure our data online. So here comes security job too. Lets begin with the terminologies. Physical properties are secured by security guards. Likewise digital properties aka datum are secured by cyber security. • Attackers may sent virus software into your system to collapse the control unit.
• Criminal also sent offer links to make you feel wow and now you wanted to check it out, so you'll get into the link. Implies your IP address is tracked.

How to protect ourself from cyber attack?

It's every individual's responsibility to take care of the data which we maintain in our electronic devices. We not only have our sole data but also we have other datum like a married man has his wife's photos in his mobile, an IT employee has his company's data in his laptop, a teenage has his/her friends contacts in their phone, everyone have bank account linked on their mobile and many more. So the protection from our side should be provided with everything we have. Here are some steps to protect ourselves,

• Unknowns links should not be clicked.
• Don't let anyone online let know your data through your public profile.
• Keep your sensitive data safe with password protection.
• Don't store your passwords on electronic gadgets like we store all the passwords in file so that we won't forget.

• Always use strong passwords.
• Activate anti-virus.

• Don't let anyone know your PIN numbers.
• Don't let other peoples store your bank details on their electronic gadgets.

You can ask why I shouldn't give my details to my trusted one too? Do they hack me? It's not like that. The hackers not only check your network or system for malware rather they also check your circle to find any hole. So be aware and conscious.
